We talked to ILHR CEO Gerson Ruiz about ILHR Mentorship Internship Partnership (MIP) Program.

What is the Mentorship Internship Partnership (MIP) Program about?

MIP’s mission is to detect, track, coach, and recruit the Best World Human Resource. We offer a limited amount of studies & work opportunities for those who enroll and pass our free Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Immersive, Connection, and Educational technologies for Immigration Law Human Rights (ILHR) Organization, Education, and Action. We coach participants on our social and business method, and how to make money and career as part of ILHR social and sales force. We coach interns to become partners and earn a permanent position.

How is the MIP program funded?

It is via a course that follows up the practice and method of ILHR Org. The organization issues studies and work certificates to those who successfully complete the course work and pass a final exam. We collect $100 for proctorship. The course on Connections. Immersive, and Educational technology for Education, Organization, and Action for Immigration Law Human Rights (ILHR) steers students to explore new technologies for the research and development (R&D) of a new field of inquiry and organization, the education of teachers, and the accreditation of courses that focus on the intersection of Immigration Law and Human Rights.

Then the Course is about the ILHR affairs and is thought as part of the MIP program?

Yes. Something else, the course thematic modules –and so ILHR content– are constantly upgraded by MIP participants. The course is self-sustainable. It delivers a method of knowledge as content and action; and it is managed by a for profit ILHR Coop, taught by AI professionals coming from the best American universities and corporations. It immerses students in a social entrepreneurship to reach people and fundraise the nonprofit ILHR Org. The core of the Coop is our Social & Business Intelligence Unit. Interns with certain capabilities support the S&B Intel that works on ILHR workflow and casework software.

How does the MIP Program help create education and jobs opportunities? 

First of all, it makes participants aware of the real problem. Those who are taking over jobs are not immigrants, but machines. AI machines will do 50% of civil and military jobs soon. Robots are getting smarter, cheaper, and invincible. Automation drives humans to an irreversible revolution. It’s not a revolution “natives” versus “immigrants.” It’s neither an anti-robot revolution. It’s not a revolution to deter AI, but to earn regulations that foster equal opportunities for humans. The revolution must especially happen in the corporate governance and corporation model. That’s why we are excited about the Justitia Program.

May you tell us about Justitia please?

We believe that it’s possible to provide free and low fees for the downtrodden without needing government resources. Not only here in America, but also worldwide, the tale of the Pilgrim Families Looking for the Promised Land  is actually the story of generations of families since civilization onset. While AI is trained to obliterate jobs, the most vulnerable workers are “illegal” immigrants. We want to bring justice to them.
