It’s for global citizens interested in the research and development of Immigration Law Human Rights (ILHR) law, policy, governance, and organization. Those who are taking over jobs are not immigrants, but machines. AI machines will do 50% of civil and military jobs soon. Robots are getting smarter, cheaper, and invincible. Automation drives all humans to an irreversible revolution. It’s not a revolution “natives” versus “immigrants.” It’s neither an anti-robot revolution. It’s not a revolution to deter AI, but to earn regulations that foster equal opportunities for humans. We humans have to unify, reinvent, and transform ourselves, and do so with our education and labor organizations. We must prevent robots to become our masters, take over our institutions, and steer our fate. We must organize, speed up this revolution, and make our governments to deal with, before it’s too late. Human revolution must position us in a system that favors our intelligence realization, and make workers owners of the intelligent machine. The realization of human workers and the prevention of existential risk are then the purpose of Open Source Cooperative Intelligence (OSCINTEL). OSCINTEL is a machine learning program for the production of cooperative Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) on Immigration Law & Human Rights. MIP researches and develops a cooperative organization of cross-disciplinary integration (Collective Intelligence) for a continuing labor and education system whereas the Machine capital belongs to the Human capital whose Human intelligence feeds the Artificial intelligence of the machine.
